It is indeed true that people try various ways to reduce the fat. I too was running , then i joined a gym. But as soon as I left gym the weight i gained back was more than 2 kgs. I was disheartened. It is difficult to lose weight. The things that you have suggested would help me I think. I will start consuming more proteins from now. The exercises suggested too, I will try them. It was good that i read your post, now i can work on reducing the fat in my body.
